Today's 'TO DO LIST" includes WRITING LESSON #2 for my class called "Scrapbook 101" which is posted at www.jeansartdolls.com!" If you're new to scrapping, or just need a little Brush-Up course, then this is the place for you!!!

The only other thing on my List is to ORGANIZE my CRAFT ROOM. Some people just LOVE to organize! They can spend HOURS arranging, rearranging, sorting, and finding STORAGE SOLUTIONS for anything and everything!!! I am NOT one of those people... HOWEVER, I DO enjoy having a clear, organized space to create!

PLEASE SHARE YOUR organizational tips with me!!! I'll choose the most useful tip, and you'll win Today's Secret Surprise--a gift with a retail value of at least $10 in craft supplies from the Superstore at Scrapbook.com!

I'll look for your posts!

  1. Ok Cindy, I have a bunch of ideas....let see

Ribbon: wrap the ribbon around clothes pins (not the clip on ones, but the push down ones) place a stick pin in them to hold them together and store them in a basket....I have also used old thread spools.

Paper: bought a paper storage rack...like you see at scrapbook stores (catch a retailer, sometimes they will sell them for $5 or $10when they are getting rid of theirs for new ones or going out of business ect...)set it up in my room to place my paper in.

Paper Flowers: I use a candy dish/ jar with a lid; or you can use old sugar and flour jars...thrift stores are a great place to find these.

Paints: I use an old round turntable spice rack

beads or loose embellies; I store in old spice jars or baby food jars ( I have altered their appearance of course)

Acrylic stamps: I use those plastic cases CD's come in and organize them in a CD storage case

I have many more ideas, but this is just a few to get you going. If you want more pm me privately, and I will email you more. Also there is a really good book on the market with so......many wonderful ideas.

About Me

My photo
It is only by the grace of God that I am sitting here today and writing this. I thank Him for all He has done and is doing, and WILL DO in my life, and it is my prayer that anyone who is reading this today, whether you are a scrapbooker I know, on a Design Team with me, a co-worker, a friend from church, or someone who thinks they are reading this "by coincidence," I want you to know that God loves you, and once you know Him, nothing can ever separate you from the love of God. Thanks for visiting me here. Love, Cindy
